Our client, a Tech industry, is looking to hire a Marketing Manager III in Santa Monica, CA . Role Marketing Manager III – Location: Santa Monica, CA – Contract: 8 months with possible extension – Pay Rate: $55–$60/hr on W2. Team Overview The team is looking for a customer-obsessed Marketing Manager with strong merchandising, organizational and analytical skills and a proven ability to work with a wide variety of stakeholders. The role will support our Winter Holiday event (Christmas, Hanukkah, Thanksgiving, Diwali, NYE), the single greatest customer-facing event for the client. Daily Task Breakdown Develop and drive mid-funnel and lower-funnel traffic plans for Holiday in partnership with Channel Marketing teams. Act as the STL for product and technical teams to drive automation of product collections and merchandising. Program manage the Q4 Bi-Weekly Leadership Syncs, including driving agenda and collecting inputs from stakeholders. Identify areas for efficiency and process optimization across Holiday workstreams. Analyze event performance and identify areas for optimization to achieve all event KPIs (GMS, aOPS, page hits). Monitor retail and consumer markets (both on e-commerce websites, news sites, and social media) to gauge trending topics and consumer sentiment. Coordinate with site merchandisers and channel owners to ensure creative assets go live on site on scheduled dates. Lead regular “walk the store” mechanisms to QA the Holiday Shop experience. Partner with Automated Collections team to ensure that Holiday collections are meeting event goals and expectations. Develop and own an issue tracker across channel teams, merchandisers and creative team members to trouble‑shoot live event issues. Top 3 Must-Have Hard Skills Data-driven and able to leverage Large Language Models – 4 years. Detail-oriented and able to translate product requirements into Business Requirement Documents – 4 years. Excellent written and verbal communication skills – 5 years.
