Position Summary
We are seeking a high‑drive Business Development & Sales Representative who is both a hunter and a strong lead nurturer. This role is responsible for aggressively pursuing new business opportunities, converting inbound leads, and building long‑term relationships with fleet operators. The ideal candidate is comfortable with outbound prospecting, consultative sales, and presenting technology‑based solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Identify, research, and target fleet operators across construction, trucking, government, delivery, and service-based industries
Conduct outbound prospecting through cold calls, email outreach, LinkedIn, and networking
Manage and convert warm inbound leads into qualified opportunities
Conduct discovery calls, product demonstrations, and solution presentations
Clearly communicate the value of GPS tracking, dash cameras, telematics, and safety solutions
Create and build Insurance carrier relationships
Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline using the company CRM
Develop long-term customer relationships and identify upsell and expansion opportunities
Required Skills & Qualifications
2–5+ years of experience in B2B outbound or consultative sales
Proven hunter mentality with a track record of meeting or exceeding quotas
Strong communication, presentation, and objection-handling skills
Comfortable selling technology-based or SaaS solutions
Ability to manage a high-activity pipeline and work independently
Experience using CRM systems to track activity and opportunities
Preferred Experience
Experience selling fleet management, telematics, GPS tracking, or dash camera solutions
Knowledge of fleet operations, driver safety programs, or insurance risk mitigation
Experience selling into construction, transportation, logistics, or service fleets
