Born from the Founder’s direct experience of running shared ski cabins and high‑end luxury helicopter ski trips, Bubbl is solving the gap of people wanting to connect meaningfully with like‑minded people at events whilst getting a better deal than staying alone in the process. In a Bubbl, the stay is very much a part of the event social experience. Think: Airbnb books beds. LinkedIn builds networks. Bubbl does both. We power curated pop‑up communities where like‑minded people stay together in houses, or hotel blocks for conferences, festivals, retreats, and brand activations. Now we’re looking for ambitious, network‑hungry, partnership and community‑obsessed operators to help us expand in LA, SF, Austin, and NYC . The Opportunity This is not a “sit in the corner and post on Instagram” internship. This is a front‑row seat to building the next generation event housing and community platform , where you will work directly with Bubbl’s Founder and leadership team with collective experience from Airbnb, Uber, Meta, Open Table, Virgin, Match, LinkedIn and other Silicon Valley household names. As a Community Partnerships Manager, your mission is simple: Find and build relationships to co‑host events with other stakeholders. Build partnerships that will drive sign‑ups and generate revenue. Grow your own reputation in the process. You’ll work directly with the Founder and core team to activate business / entrepreneurial/ startup, and tech communities, accelerators, brands, crypto groups, founder houses, and cultural communities in your city. Your playground: Startup accelerators and coworking spaces VC ecosystems Community owners events Tech company owned communities and developer ecosystems (e.g. Google) Creator communities Brand activations at events Lifestyle events (e.g. Pickleball tournaments) You will become the local connector for Bubbl. You are building your own name in the ecosystem in conjunction with the fastest growing and most innovative brand in events travel today. Your Core Responsibilities 1. Co‑Host High‑Leverage Events (That Cost Us Nothing or Make Money) In order to drive signups and deal flow for overnight Bubbl experiences led by attendees, sponsors, or co‑hosts of these events. You will: Identify existing event producers targeting our ideal customer and propose co‑hosting for future ones (we do not sponsor, we co‑host). Secure free or revenue‑share venues (for SF‑ we can propose Bubbl Founder’s Pacific Heights office). Or join a co‑working in your city (paid for by Bubbl) and use that as a back up to run our events. Source sponsors Set up Let’s Bubbl podcast recordings with Bubbl’s Founder and these partners Run them on Luma, Partiful and Bubbl (leveraging growth hacking) to maximise attendance and signups to Bubbl + Bubbl’s CRM. Recruit Leaders for future Bubbls. Structure events that either: Cost $0 to run Or generates positive cash flow Capture attendee sign‑ups as the event will be run on Bubbl. Create signature Bubbls- Bubbl houses, retreats, and villages for these stakeholders for events their community goes to conferences Upsell attendees into Bubbl experiences housing 2. Drive Strategic Relationships and Partnerships You’ll build relationships with: Tech accelerators and coworking community managers Founder communities Crypto and Web3 groups Tech brands brand marketers Conference and retreat organizers Tech and business community managers (developer ecosystems) You will position Bubbl as: The official shared housing layer for their community- providing quality property supply. Bubbl Luxe opportunities turnkey (where relevant) The organization layer for their community’s travel A sponsor activation tool 3. Upsell Bubbl Experiences Your job includes converting partnerships into: Bubbl Houses at conferences Bubbl Villages and Bubbl Clubs (sponsor‑led housing) User sign‑ups and repeat Bubblers You’ll learn how to sell: Branded event experiences Group logistics software Sponsorship‑driven co‑living activations This is marketplace and SaaS revenue training. What Success Looks Like (KPIs) Within 3–6 months: 5-10 strong ecosystem partnerships in your city 2-4 successfully co‑hosted events per month Consistent new Bubbl user sign‑ups consistent with Bubbls growth rate in your city At least 2 events with Bubbl houses or Villages per month At least three branded Bubbl Village or retreat activated Revenue‑positive or neutral event collaborations Who This Is Perfect For A recent graduate in business, marketing, entrepreneurship, or communications A community builder already active in your city A founder‑curious operator Someone who loves being in rooms with interesting people A connector who naturally introduces people You should be: Proactive Socially confident, highly likeable and a strong relationship builder Fast paced and highly organized.
