Your Impact As the Visual Storyteller for our team, you’ll be responsible for: Storyboarding, capturing footage, editing, and maintaining all video equipment. Creating video content that contributes to booked inspections and qualified leads. Owning the video production process from concept through final delivery. Aligning content with company objectives and marketing campaigns. Collaborating across departments to identify where video can improve trust, clarity, and performance. Core Responsibilities Identifying opportunities within departments where video can improve communication, trust, and results. Filming on job sites, including crawl spaces, basements, and active construction environments. Transporting, setting up, and operating cameras, audio/video recorders, lighting, drones, and microphones. Capturing b‑roll footage and conducting interviews with team members and clients. Producing consistent short‑form and long‑form video content each month. Optimizing videos for vertical/mobile‑first platforms such as Reels and Shorts. Creating strong hooks and maintaining audience retention. Supporting the publishing and sharing of video content. Additional Contributions Assisting in storyboarding, scripting, and creative planning. Presenting final edits to management and incorporating feedback. Researching industry trends and recommending new content ideas. Staying current with evolving platform standards and video best practices. Technical Skills and Personal Attributes Proficiencies: Experience with professional video editing software. Knowledge of short‑form video trends and retention strategies.
