Overview Service Writer – All Roads Trucks – Kenworth Baltimore / Rosedale, MD Start your new year with a great opportunity! All Roads Trucks in Rosedale, MD is searching for a Service Writer to join our growing team. Bring your excellent communication skills, customer focused attitude and energy. You will be the 1st point of contact to assist customers with the repair process. Using your prior service writing experience (heavy duty truck preferred) and mechanical knowledge to provide a first-class experience for the customers. Schedule & Compensation Monday - Friday 7 am - 4 pm Rotating Saturdays (about once a month) 6 am - 2 pm extra pay Base salary $50k+ with additional commission Benefits Medical, dental, vision... eligible on the 1st of the month after 30 days of employment Paid time off including 40 hours after 90 days of employment 401k with company match Paid holidays Employee referral bonus Tuition Reimbursement program Responsibilities Provide excellent customer service in line with dealership standards Schedule appointments and accurately document information, CDK helpful Advise customers on vehicle maintenance per manufacturer specifications Communicate vehicle status regularly with customers to include repair time, cost and any changes Additional duties as needed Requirements High school diploma or GED Valid driver\'s license Prior service writing experience (truck experience preferred) Ability to multi-task, prioritize and communicate effectively Excellent written and oral communication skills Work Authorization All Roads Company does not provide H1-B sponsorship.
