Role Description:
We’re looking for a Growth Marketer who uses deep performance expertise to think about growth. You’ll look across the entire funnel, identify the highest-leverage opportunities, form clear hypotheses, and run structured experiments to find what scales.
While you have a background in performance, you're comfortable working across channels - wherever we will see the strongest conversion signals.
We already have a fast-scaling Meta self-serve channel. What we need is someone who learns from that signal, applies performance rigour to every part of the funnel, and systematically unlocks the next wave of growth. Working directly with the Chief Commercial Officer, you'll have a strategic, growth role. This is a San Francisco-based, in-office role. High performing Sydney growth marketers also considered.
What you'll do:
Generate and prioritise growth hypotheses across acquisition and retention - paid, organic, lifecycle, referral, partnerships. You think in levers, not channels.
Design and run structured experiments: clear hypothesis, defined metrics, fast execution and iteration.
Build, test and iterate new acquisition approaches - lead magnets, landing pages
Operate and scale our Meta self-serve channel.
Identify what’s working and why, then figure out how to replicate that signal across new channels and audiences.
Use AI natively throughout your workflow: creative production, copy testing, data analysis, pattern recognition at scale.
Build a clear performance reporting practice.
Work directly with the CCO on where to place growth bets. You’re a strategic partner, not an order-taker.
Qualifications
2+ years in performance or growth marketing, with hands‑on experience managing significant paid spend (Meta preferred).
Demonstrable hypothesis‑led approach: you can walk us through experiments you designed, the logic, and what you learned.
You use channel depth as a foundation, but your instinct is always to ask where the real leverage is, not just how to optimise the current campaign.
You’re comfortable moving between raw data, attribution models, and strategic insight
Background in a self-serve, high-velocity, or product-led growth context is a strong plus
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or related field is preferred
