We are a second-generation, family-owned kitchen and bath showroom with over 20 years of experience in the industry. Our newest location has been open for 1.5 years and continues to grow primarily through client referrals and strong relationships. We are looking to hire a dependable, personable individual to become my right hand in the showroom. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with clients,
doing sales , putting together designs, staying organized, and being part of a family-oriented business, with the opportunity to grow into sales in the future. Schedule This is a full-time position (5 days per week). Saturdays are part of the role, with a flexible schedule designed to maintain a balanced work week. You will have one weekday off each week. We also offer an alternating Saturday option—work one Saturday, then have the following Saturday off, with a weekday off during any week you work that Saturday. Responsibilities Welcome and assist clients upon arrival to the showroom, creating a warm and professional experience Serve as the main point of contact when I am out on-site taking measurements or visiting job sites Assist clients with product selections and guide them through the design process (full training provided) Help put together cohesive design concepts, including selecting cabinetry, tile, finishes, and materials Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing showroom environment Help organize displays, move materials, and support overall showroom operations Pick up small deliveries from vendors and deliver items to client homes Occasionally drive a box truck (very rare) Support daily operations and assist wherever needed As you grow in the role, you will also have the opportunity to visit job sites and take measurements at clients’ homes, becoming more involved in the full sales and design process. Qualifications Professional, presentable, and clean-cut appearance Friendly, respectful, responsible, and reliable Strong
customer service and sales skills , with the ability to build relationships, guide clients, and confidently close xywuqvp sales This is a
sales-focused position
with a preference for candidates who have experience or a strong interest in design, including selecting finishes, colors, and materials Ability (or willingness to learn) to create cohesive, well-designed spaces Valid driver’s license and comfortable driving for pickups and deliveries Able to work independently, stay organized, and take initiative Comfortable with physical tasks, including lifting, moving, and organizing showroom materials and deliveries Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs as needed Compensation Competitive base pay Commission on kitchen sales (details to be discussed), offering strong earning potential as you grow in the role
