Lawn Care Technician & Field Sales Representative
Lawn Doctor of Greenville is hiring a dependable Lawn Care Technician & Field Sales Representative. This is a technician-first role focused on delivering high-quality lawn care services, with additional responsibility for identifying upsell opportunities, generating leads, and supporting business growth. What You'll Do: Perform scheduled lawn care services along assigned routes Evaluate lawns and recommend appropriate services Log work and observations using an iPad-based system Request customer reviews when service expectations are exceeded Generate leads through door hangers and neighborhood outreach Earn commission on new customers and service upgrades you generate What We're Looking For: Valid driver's license and clean driving record Comfortable working outdoors independently Strong communication and customer service skills Sales or customer-facing experience a plus Pay: Hourly pay for hours worked Commission opportunities for new sales, upgrades, and converted leads This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work and wants to grow with a local business.
