Center Director

We assist with multiple educational needs such as College Test Prep, AP Exam, College Essay, and College Admissions. In addition, we offer tutoring for K-12 and AP/Summer Boot Camps. To provide overall leadership and management, ensuring high-quality educational services, student success, and center profitability. This role is responsible for driving student enrollment, managing center staff, maintaining operational efficiency, and fostering a positive and supportive learning environment. Key responsibilities include overseeing the day-to-day operations of the center, developing and implementing strategies to achieve student enrollment targets and revenue goals for the center, managing and developing the center's staff, conducting student assessments and consultations, maintaining regular communication with parents/guardians, managing center finances, ensuring the center adheres to C2 Education's curriculum standards, maintaining a positive and supportive learning environment, building and maintaining strong relationships with local schools and community organizations, staying current on educational trends and best practices, managing student scheduling and optimizing classroom utilization, handling student and parent inquiries, maintaining accurate student records, and collaborating with other center directors and regional management. Sessions are conducted after school hours to accommodate students and are typically Monday Thursday 1:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. and Saturdays 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Each location may vary.
