Business Banking Credit Relationship Manager

Business Banking Credit Relationship Managers partner with assigned Business Banking Relationship Manager(s) to successfully manage the Business Banking loan portfolio. Job duties include: Contribute to the profitability and growth of Business Banking by retaining and expanding relationships with existing clients. Analyze financial data and prepare comprehensive written analysis. Manage credit quality within the team's credit portfolio. Provide guidance to customers by identifying and successfully capitalizing on opportunities to deepen and expand existing relationships. Manage credit risk and respond to prospect and/or customer credit questions. Basic Qualifications - Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience - Five to eight years of Business Banking experience Preferred Skills/Experience - Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills - Basic knowledge of bank products and services that results in successfully capitalizing on all opportunities to deepen the relationship - Basic knowledge of credit administration, analysis, and credit policy/procedure - Demonstrated understanding of complex financial accounting and analysis - Ability to work effectively with individuals and groups across the company to manage customer relationships - Effective verbal and written communication skills The role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule. There's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week with the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days.
