Experience / Expertise:
Hands on experience with configuration of Oracle Field Service Cloud application. Expert in the areas of Oracles Field Service Cloud. Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering or computer Science (BS/MS) or a technical field or equivalent work experience. Strong techno-functional skills in proposing and designing optimal solutions, including ownership of the overall solution for customizations/integrations on Oracle CX Fusion Service Cloud Projects. Experience implementing all CX UIs (Web, Mobile, Outlook) with some experience implementing the Redwood UI, including a responsive UI and Visual Builder Experience working with or as a part of Service teams and solutions including incident management, service requests, work orders, contact centers, and knowledge management.
