About the Role Join Indotronix as a Senior SAP Functional Analyst/Lead specializing in SAP Production Planning (PP) for large-scale, complex environments. In this senior-level, hybrid position, you'll drive SAP S/4HANA project success while collaborating with stakeholders, solution architects, and developers. Leverage your expertise to implement innovative solutions, support business transformation, and shape best practices in a dynamic, growth-focused environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead SAP PP workshops, process solutioning, and stakeholder engagement - Design, configure, and implement end-to-end SAP S/4HANA PP solutions - Collaborate with cross-functional teams (SMEs, architects, developers, integrators) to drive project deliverables - Conduct full-cycle configuration, documentation (BPDs, KDDs, FDS, WRICEF), and testing (unit, integration) - Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications - Recommend and implement SAP best practices per clean core guidelines - Lead root cause analysis, troubleshooting, and resolution during testing and deployment - Utilize SAP Solution Manager, Signavio, and SAP Activate & Agile (SAFe) methodologies - Mentor and guide team members, contribute to project management plans - Work with SAP S/4HANA FIORI, project systems, and integration points (SD, MM, QM, EWM, FICO)
Required Skills and Experience
- 12+ years SAP PP consulting experience - 4+ years hands-on S/4HANA Production Planning - 2+ full SAP S/4HANA E2E lifecycle implementations - Deep expertise in SAP PP, QM, and business process integration - Strong background in large-scale SAP Production Planning environments - Experience with SAP modules (user exits, batch jobs, standard reports) - Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
Preferred Skills
- Experience with SAP PPDS, DDMRP, IBP, FIORI applications - Cross-functional integration with SD, MM, EWM, FICO, QM - Aerospace and Defense industry experience - Discrete/repetitive manufacturing, WBS, advanced routing, flexible planning - SAP certifications (S/4 PP, QM, MM) - Exposure to SAP Quality Management, special planning procedures, and central function activities (ECM/OCM/Batch)
