Monday to Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm What You’ll Do:
Tier 1 – Level 1 (Entry-Level Support)
Handle general payment-related inquiries and support customers with basic account questions. Direct calls to appropriate levels as needed. Assist customers with web portal and troubleshoot issues. Complete project work such as ACH failures, address verifications, and invoice rejections. Help with 30-day collections calls. Gain knowledge and understanding of Granger as a company, its history, & service offerings. What We’re Looking For:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required 2 years’ experience working in a high-volume call center environment required Strong Microsoft Office and 365 Bilingual experience is a plus Ability to perform physical requirements of position and pass a physical and drug screen including marijuana (pre-employment and random)
