Job Summary:
Lockton Affinity, in Overland Park, KS, is searching for an Account Administrator to join our Group Benefits team. This role will be responsible for providing customer service to internal and external clients. The Account Administrator role will support Account Managers on our benefits team, as well as answer customer inquiries, process service requests, coordinate renewal and new business paperwork, and offers great growth opportunities.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for routine service and administration, which includes responding to client inquiries, documentation and reporting, and issue resolution. Support benefit marketing efforts, including the production of Request for Proposals and coordination of vendor responses. Accurately input and maintain client and prospect information in Lockton Affinity's data management systems. Partner with team leaders, Producers, sales, and service associates to support the overall goals of Lockton Affinity. Requirements:
Associate's degree or equivalent education and/or experience required. General understanding of employer-sponsored benefits. Organizational and time management skills to prioritize heavy workloads and meet time sensitive deadlines. Demonstrated professionalism and critical thinking skills. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft products (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access) or similar software applications.
