As a Customer Relations Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Jean Digrande - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional client experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues. Maintain client records and update information as needed. Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction. QUALIFICATIONS:
Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Experience in customer service preferred. Ability to handle high-stress situations calmly COMPANY CULTURE:
