Fondomonte Arizona LLC is seeking a detail-oriented
Export Documentation Specialist
to support our shipping operations. The Export Documentation Specialist will be responsible for handling and processing export documentation that is required for exporting products and customer needs. General office tasks and administrative duties, such as direct communication between colleagues and customers, organizing schedules and events, entering data, and all other administrative functions directed by the Manager.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a structured environment and plays an important role in supporting global logistics operations.
The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks in a sometimes fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
This is an in-office position M-Friday, 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM with some potential additional hours during peak season.
Responsibilities
Assemble documents required for exporting products to customers. Ensure compliance with the U.S. export laws and regulations and all export approvals. Tracking the progress of export-related documents through the various stages. Create, assemble, and present applicable export documentation required per country-specific destination in accordance with export laws and regulations. Review final invoice for pricing confirmation. Process commercial invoice documents by validating data integrity and accuracy. Communicate with appropriate internal/external customers, including trading desks, loading facilities, freight forwarders, brokers, vendors, USDA and customers. Ensure timely and accurate processing of export shipments. Work closely with vendors and internal network to collect needed documentation that is required for exports. Ability to remain calm and prioritize in high stress situations. Strong Problem-Solving skills a plus. Able to work independently and with others. Knowledge of AES or Shipping Instructions a plus Organizational skills, with an ability to stay focused on assigned tasks. Able to learn and input data in SAP to support financial reporting. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED Detail-oriented and strong organizational skills required Proficient in Excel, Word, Microsoft Administrative experience preferred Strong attention to detail and accuracy Strong organizational skills Must be able to work in a collaborative team environment as well as individually Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to work flexible hours as needed and multitask in a fast-paced environment Capable of working under pressure Display a positive and professional attitude toward peers and the leadership team Time management and ability to prioritize task given Starting pay
$21.00-23.50/Hr. Depending upon qualifications.
Schedule
Monday-Friday 6:00-3:00 with occasional additional hours as needed
