Client is seeking a SharePoint Technical Specialist (Junior) to support ECM solution design for Preconstruction business processes. This is a non-development role focused on business analysis, solution design, documentation, QA testing, and stakeholder collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
Design SharePoint/web-based solutions for business processes Gather requirements and create user stories Perform QA testing (system, workflow, edge cases) Document solutions and create user guides Collaborate with stakeholders and manage communications Support deployment, training, and implementation Drive process improvements and solution validation Required Skills (8+ Years):
Business Analysis in enterprise environments SharePoint design (lists, libraries, workflows, site structures) QA testing (system, workflow, scenario-based) Process re-engineering and documentation (WCAG compliant) Agile/SDLC knowledge Azure DevOps/TFS or similar tools Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills Microsoft Office Suite proficiency Preferred Skills:
Client or transportation domain experience Power BI / Power Apps ServiceNow Balsamiq Wireframes Microsoft Copilot
Compensation:
The hourly rate for this position is between $57.00 - $63.00 per hour.
Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include [geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate].
