This role partners closely with hiring managers, Sales leaders, and HR Business Partners to attract, assess, and hire high-quality talent in support of business growth objectives. The ideal candidate has experience recruiting for sales-driven organizations and understands how to evaluate candidates based on performance indicators, selling competencies, and alignment with business and cultural expectations. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Full-Cycle Sales Recruiting Manage the end-to-end recruiting process for sales and revenue-driving roles, from requisition intake through offer acceptance. Conduct candidate screens and interviews focused on assessing sales competencies such as relationship building, consultative selling, territory or account management, and performance against goals. Support hiring for a range of sales and commercial roles while meeting established recruiting metrics and service-level expectations. Hiring Manager & HR Partnership Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, success profiles, and business priorities for sales and customer-facing positions. Coordinate interview processes, facilitate feedback collection, and support hiring decisions aligned with organizational needs. Collaborate with HR Business Partners and recruiting peers to share insights, challenges, and best practices. Sourcing & Talent Pipeline Development Proactively source candidates using a variety of methods, including LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking, and social media. Build and maintain talent pipelines for recurring sales and commercial roles. Act as a brand ambassador by effectively communicating the organization's value proposition to prospective candidates. Candidate Experience & Compliance Deliver a consistent, professional, and positive candidate experience throughout the recruiting lifecycle. Ensure all recruiting activities comply with employment laws, internal policies, and equitable hiring practices. Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the applicant tracking system. Metrics & Continuous Improvement Operate in a performance-driven recruiting environment, managing multiple requisitions while tracking key recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill and candidate flow. Seek feedback and coaching to continuously improve recruiting effectiveness and efficiency. Job Skills Required: Experience recruiting for field sales, account management, or customer-facing commercial roles. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter. Experience supporting geographically distributed or multi-market sales teams. Core Competencies:

Mathematical Skills: Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry. Reasoning Ability: Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
