Customer Account Manager II/III
A globally recognized Aerospace & Electronics manufacturer known for its engineering excellence and employee-focused culture is seeking a Customer Account Manager II/III to join their team in Burbank, CA. This is an exciting opportunity to join a long-standing, growing organization that designs and manufactures highly engineered, mission-critical systems for commercial and defense aviation. This role plays a key part in owning OEM customer relationships, driving pricing and commercial strategy, and ensuring long-term account health in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment. This opportunity is ideal for a senior-level Account Manager, Program Manager, or Business Manager who enjoys customer ownership, strategic thinking, and hands-on cross-functional work. Customer Account Manager II/III Responsibilities: Own and manage assigned OEM customer accounts, serving as the primary escalation point and customer advocate Develop and execute pricing strategies, long-term agreements, and commercial plans to ensure healthy P&L performance Partner cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Finance, and Business Development to support customer demand and resolve issues Lead customer communications related to forecasts, delivery performance, claims, and contract compliance Support new business opportunities by contributing to proposals, RFIs, and customer strategies Schedule: Monday Friday, day shift (flexibility required to support global customers) Travel up to 20% (domestic and international) Customer Account Manager II/III Requirements: 5+ years of experience in customer account management, program management, or business management within an aerospace, automotive, or manufacturing environment Experience developing pricing strategies and managing customer financial performance (P&L, margins, forecasts) Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage customer escalations Bachelor's degree Eligibility to access U.S. export-controlled information in compliance with ITAR regulations Compensation: $140,000 $190,000 Annual company performance-based bonus potential Benefits: Medical, dental and vision insurance PTO (3 weeks) 401k (50% of 6% match, plus an additional 3% non-matching contribution after 1 year) 12 paid holidays with a week off between Christmas and New Years Location: Burbank, CA If you are interested in this Customer Account Manager II/III opportunity, apply now or call 425-928-4064 to be connected to the Recruiter.
