We serve private-practice operators in medical aesthetics, dental, veterinary, ophthalmology, and other specialty verticals. In 2025 we originated $71M in equipment financing and are targeting $85M in 2026 through vendor diversification and program growth. LeasePoint is seeking a Growth Marketing Specialist to build and operate our vendor acquisition engine. This role focuses on identifying high-potential vendor partners, running targeted outreach campaigns, and supporting executive-led conversations that convert vendors into long-term financing programs. You will be the first dedicated marketing hire, responsible for building a repeatable system that generates qualified vendor partnership opportunities for our leadership team. Whats In It for You This role offers the opportunity to help build the go-to-market engine for a growing specialty finance platform. LeasePoint has scaled to $71M in annual originations largely through relationship-driven sales and executive outreach. Your mission will be to help turn that success into a scalable outbound growth system. Youll gain hands-on experience in growth marketing, partnership development, and pipeline management while working directly with senior leadership. Why This Role Matters Vendor partnerships drive LeasePoints long-term growth. This role helps build the systems, outreach strategies, and insights that allow leadership to identify and convert high-quality vendor partners. Rather than traditional brand marketing, this is a performance-driven growth role focused on pipeline generation. Your work will identify equipment manufacturers and distributors who can become long-term financing partners and generate meaningful origination volume. What Youll Learn & Do Youll be hands-on across a range of go-to-market and partnership development functions, including: Owning outbound growth marketing campaigns for new vendor program acquisition by researching and identifying equipment manufacturers and distributors within target verticals such as dental, veterinary, ophthalmology, imaging, fitness, and adjacent markets Developing targeted prospect lists and persona mapping for key decision makers including founder, C-suite, and sales leadership within vendor organizations Managing HubSpot and marketing automation workflows including outreach cadences, email sequences, lead nurturing campaigns, and CRM pipeline tracking Executing multi-channel outreach campaigns across email, LinkedIn, and digital channels to generate qualified vendor conversations for the sales leadership team Creating vendor-facing marketing collateral including case studies, pitch decks, one-pagers, and program materials that communicate LeasePoints value proposition Leveraging modern AI tools to accelerate research, personalize outreach at scale, generate content drafts, analyze prospect data, and automate repetitive marketing workflows Tracking campaign performance including outreach volume, response rates, qualified leads generated, and pipeline conversion Coordinating trade show and event marketing support including pre-show outreach, meeting scheduling, and post-event follow-up campaigns Monitoring engagement activity and identifying high-interest prospects for executive follow-up and partnership evaluation Delivering regular campaign reporting and insights to leadership on pipeline development and marketing performance This job description is intended to describe the general nature of the role and is not an all-inclusive list of responsibilities. Duties and priorities may evolve as business needs change. What Success Looks Like Within 90 days: Develop a structured target list of high-potential vendors within priority verticals Launch outbound email and LinkedIn campaigns to generate qualified vendor conversationsEstablish HubSpot campaign workflows and automated outreach cadences Develop foundational marketing assets such as case studies and vendor program materials Gain a strong understanding of LeasePoints vendor program model and partnership strategy Within 612 months: Maintain an active pipeline of vendor partnership opportunities Generate consistent qualified conversations with equipment manufacturers and distributors Support executive outreach efforts that lead to vendor program evaluations and new partnerships Continuously improve targeting, messaging, and outreach strategies based on campaign performance data
