Purpose To develop future marketing leaders through hands-on experience and practices yielding real-time results Description Sales & Brand Growth Strategy o Partner with the Marketing Director to define strategy, plan, and goals o Combine restaurant strategy with Chick-fil-A, Inc. strategies to engage our guests o Continuously evaluate our execution and opportunities o Use this strategy to create a successful growing restaurant with high volume sales, profitability, and excellent Customer Experience Build Sales o Develop promotions, events, and other items. Increase transactions through both new customers and increased customer frequency. o Build relationship with guests through sampling and events o Assist with catering order fulfillment and delivery Community Engagement & Brand Development o Be present at outside events and sales opportunities, communicate with and support guests, capture photo and video coverage o Capture and edit social media content to engage community and keep up to date with a consistent presence o Learn, understand, and follow Chick-fil-A Brand Strategy Requirements Candidates must be currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Public Relations, or similar field Candidates must hold a cumulative GPA of 3.0 and higher Represent our Core Values: Positivity, Excellence, Impact, and Community Execute our Team Member Promise: for every Team Member to be Known, Challenged, and Valued A passion for people, serving others, and strong character Part time: 10-15 hours per week $14 per hour pay rate
