Welcome and support clients as the first point of contact Manage a high-volume, multi-line phone system Coordinate closely with clinical teams for seamless care Maintain accurate medical records and client information Process payments and financial transactions Keep calm, organized, and professional in a fast-paced setting Represent FVRC's standards of care and service excellence What We're Looking For:
12 years CSR experience in specialty, ER, or high-volume veterinary practice preferred Administrative experience in human healthcare considered Clear, compassionate communication skills Strong attention to detail and organization Comfort with technology and practice systems Adaptability and problem-solving ability A positive, team-oriented mindset
