Sales Technology Consultant will support brokers and agencies successfully adopt our technology platform and achieve measurable outcomes. This role blends hands-on training and enablement with a strong Customer Success focus, building trusted relationships, guiding brokers through onboarding and early value milestones, monitoring adoption, and proactively re-engaging brokers that need additional support. You'll also partner closely with Sales during the deal cycle by supporting technical discovery, demos, and proof-of-concepts to ensure we set clear expectations and deliver a smooth post-sale transition. Responsibilities

Deliver hands-on training and onboarding for brokers and agencies on our platform Act as a Customer Success partner by helping brokers reach early value milestones (e.g., first transaction, key workflow adoption) and reinforcing best practices over time. Monitor adoption signals (logins, workflow completion, feature usage) and proactively re-engage partners who need additional support. Support Sales during the deal cycle with technical discovery, product demos, and proof-of-concepts; translate needs into recommended workflows. Coordinate post-sale handoffs with Sales, ensuring broker goals, and agreed-upon workflows carry into onboarding and ongoing success touchpoints. Capture common questions, and success blockers; share actionable feedback with internal key partners improve the experience. Skills Needed (Required Qualifications)

Experience in onboarding, training/enablement, implementation, sales engineering, Customer Success or similar customer-facing roles. Ability to build credibility with customers and lead structured conversations focused on goals, outcomes, and adoption progress. Ability to explain technical concepts in plain language and lead live trainings and demos. Strong discovery skills: can uncover workflows, pain points, and goals and map them to product capabilities. Strong cross-functional coordination skills (Sales, Product, Operations, Support). Strong organization and follow-through; ability to manage multiple priorities and commitments. Comfort using data and adoption signals to prioritize work and measure progress. Preferred Qualifications

Experience working with brokers/agencies or in insurance/fintech (or another workflow-heavy B2B platform environment). Experience with CRM and Customer Success tools (e.g., Salesforce, Gainsight, HubSpot) and product analytics. Comfort supporting POCs, integrations, or workflow configuration in partnership with technical teams. Experience updating enablement content (guides, videos, FAQs) and facilitating ongoing customer education. Performance Metrics (How Success Is Measured)

Annual Salary Range*: $80,000- $90,000 per year Actual compensation may vary from posting based on work experience, education, and/or skill level. * The hourly or salary range is the range Warner Pacific in good faith believes is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting.
