Global Liquid Cooling Procurement Director

The Global Liquid Cooling Procurement Director role is responsible for overseeing and optimizing Tate's supply chain and procurement processes specifically for our growing liquid cooling solutions. In addition, this leadership position involves strategic planning, execution and, in conjunction with local teams, management of all aspects related to demand forecasting, supply chain efficiency and procurement. The Procurement Director has a critical role in aligning supply chain strategies with Kingspan Data Solutions Division's overall objectives and executing these strategies with a focus on continuous improvement, cost-effectiveness and customer satisfaction. What You'll Do Develop and implement demand and supply chain planning strategies that align with Kingspan Data Solution's business objectives, identifying short and long-term supply chain goals that ensure alignment with market demand and business growth targets. Collaborate cross-functionally with divisional liquid cooling product directors, advanced manufacturing, finance and global strategic account teams to integrate demand and supply planning into the broader liquid cooling business strategies. Oversee the development and maintenance of accurate demand forecasts based on market trends, sales data and customer insights. Utilize advanced analytical tools and techniques to improve forecast accuracy, drive data-driven decision making and identify potential risks and opportunities in demand planning and adjusting strategies accordingly. Lead the optimization of the supply chain focusing on efficiency, cost reduction and customer service ensuring the effective management of inventory levels, balancing customer demand with supply chain capabilities. Drive the development of our global supply chain to deliver enhanced visibility, tracking and performance measurements across our network. Develop and manage procurement strategies to ensure a reliable and cost-effective supply of materials and services. Establish strong relationships with key domestic and international suppliers, negotiate contracts and ensure compliance with quality standards by continuously monitoring supplier performance and implementing corrective actions as required to maintain the integrity of the supply chain. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of supply chain operations by implementing the best practices in demand and supply planning, staying abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies and monitoring key performance indicators. Work closely with each of the various Kingspan Data Solutions businesses to communicate a clear demand and supply planning strategy that translates into actionable plans for each business to drive performance, highlight risks and identify opportunities. Lead, mentor and develop a high performing demand and supply planning team across the liquid cooling businesses that effectively localizes and executes the overall strategy. Additional Expectations Remain compliant with the Code of Conduct and Policies which includes the Kingspan Group Compliance Policy. Ensure that all duties related to product compliance are adhered to in accordance with the Product Compliance Policy, Laws, Regulations, and market demands. Responsible for all tasks to achieve compliance goals and demands of the Compliance Management System. Must raise concerns related to the Compliance Management System with their supervisor, manager, or any member of the Leadership Team, or through the confidential whistle blower service. What You'll Bring A bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Business Administration or a related field. A master's degree and other relevant professional certification (e.g. APICS, CSCP, etc.) is a distinct benefit. A minimum of 10 years of experience in demand planning, supply chain management, procurement or a related field with at least 5 years in a leadership role within a global organization. Specific manufacturing industry experience is desirable and experience in the procurement of liquid handling stainless steel components is required. Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities. Proficient in demand forecasting and supply chain optimization tools and techniques. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization. Action-focused with the strong sense of urgency and the ability to drive results in a fast-paced environment. Strong, internationally focused negotiation and supplier management skills. A track record of leading and developing diverse, cross functional teams. What You'll Get Pay range: $75000 USD to $90000 USD. This role is eligible for a discretionary bonus.
