We’re seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to take charge of field operations on high‑profile projects. This is a leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and can deliver excellence from start to finish.

Responsibilities

• Lead day‑to‑day field operations , managing crews, subcontractors, and schedules.
• Ensure jobsite safety , compliance with regulations, and enforcement of company standards.
• Maintain and monitor project schedules and sequencing to keep work on track.
• Collaborate with Project Managers, subcontractors, and vendors to achieve project goals.
• Oversee quality control , conducting site inspections, enforcing specifications, and resolving issues.
• Mentor and direct field staff and trade partners, fostering a strong team culture.
• Act as the primary on‑site representative , maintaining professional relationships with clients, designers, and inspectors.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Construction Superintendent with a general contractor or specialty contractor.
• Successful track record leading ground‑up, large‑scale construction projects .
• Strong knowledge of construction means, methods, scheduling, and site utilities.
• Proven ability to manage subcontractors, manpower, and sequencing effectively.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills.
• OSHA certification or equivalent safety training strongly preferred.
