
Founder’s Associate: Growth & Strategy Partner

As Founder's Associate, you are the force multiplier for the founding team. You'll have more context, more responsibility, and more direct impact than peers at companies ten times our size.
You'll operate at the intersection of growth, sales, and execution — tackling whatever has the highest impact in a given week. One day you're running a customer pilot, the next you're closing a deal at a trade fair, and the day after you're building the playbook for a new market segment.
What you'll own
Growth & Business Development — build outbound pipeline, run outreach campaigns, and develop partnerships that open new revenue channels. Sales Execution — join customer conversations, prepare demos and proposals, support pilot rollouts, and help close enterprise deals. Strategic Projects — lead cross-functional initiatives end-to-end: new market entry analysis, pricing strategy, competitive positioning. Operations & Scaling — build the internal systems that let a small team punch above its weight: reporting, CRM workflows, and vendor management. Recruiting & Team Building — help attract exceptional talent and shape the culture as the team grows. External Representation — represent Delvo at trade fairs, industry events, and customer meetings from day one. What we're looking for
2-4 years in management consulting, venture capital, high-growth startups, or investment banking — or an equally compelling non-traditional path. Outstanding analytical skills — you structure ambiguous problems, build models, and translate data into decisions. Execution speed — you ship fast, iterate faster, and don't let perfect be the enemy of good. Communication excellence in German and English — persuasive emails, C-suite presentations, and partner proposals. Entrepreneurial drive — you've built something before and understand what it takes to create from zero. Comfort with ambiguity — priorities shift weekly based on customer feedback and market signals. Bonus: procurement, supply chain, or enterprise SaaS background. Bonus: technical literacy — you can talk to engineers and understand product decisions. What you'll get
