Overview The Senior Director Marketing, Neurology Customer Experience, will contribute to the success of our emerging Neurology Business Unit and report to the Executive Director, Marketing. This person will implement the approved Brand plan and lead the development and implementation of strategic and tactical plans/programs related to our customer experience across the omnichannel environment for both HCP and consumer audiences for the upcoming launch in Myasthenia Gravis.

This role is responsible for leading the creation of an omnichannel strategy and execution across both HCP and consumer audiences. This includes developing and implementing content strategy across customer groups: Physician / physician groups, Patients / caregivers. Develop deep insights through an understanding of customer preferences to shape our content strategy and direct the team to implement across customers. Lead a team to deliver HCP and patient content with a passion for curated customized content across the customer journey.

Responsibilities

For HCPs, focus on content production delivered through all digital channels for non-personal from home office initiatives as well as Next Best Action through Veeva CRM for field communication to their customers.

For patients, focus on activating patients by broadening awareness while continuing to drive/maintain brand awareness. This includes advertising across all relevant media channels. Significantly increase digital content offerings and enhance CRM programs to include lead generation and adherence.

Ensure marketing processes and programs align with corporate guidance, as well as regulatory, legal, and ethical guidelines.

Lead and provide development opportunities for direct reports.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including the brand team, Market Access, Insights and Analytics, and Commercial IT.

Monitor spending against budget and manage projects to agreed-upon timelines, budgets, and scope.

Qualifications & What May Be Right For You

Experience with a digital asset management system and Salesforce Cloud.

Expertise in behavioral science is a plus.

Demonstrated leadership and experience managing teams.

Strong communication skills and the ability to present well, articulating complex strategies to partners at all levels, including Senior Leaders, regardless of technical background.

Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with quick decision making and clear direction.

Organizational agility and the capability to reprioritize based on external or internal changes.

Ability to work effectively with team members across departments and with agencies.

Requirements To be considered for this role, you must have a Bachelor’s Degree; MBA is preferred. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in biologics marketing and omnichannel strategy development and execution in the life sciences. Neurology experience is preferred, and Myasthenia Gravis or Neurology Rare Disease experience is a plus. Onsite presence in Sleepy Hollow, NY is required 4 days a week.

Salary & Location Please note that the salary range and location details are provided for transparency. Salary Range (annually):
