ZGX and AI Solutions GTM Manager

The GTM Manager is responsible for building and activating the partner ecosystem that enables HP ZGX and AI Solutions to be delivered as complete, end-customer solutions. This role identifies, integrates, and scales ISVs, and solution partners so HP platforms are embedded into real customer workflows. The GTM Manager designs scalable routes to market and works cross-functionally with Partner Business Managers, Business Development Managers, Product Managers, and Solutions Marketing to translate ecosystem capabilities into packaged solutions, partner motions, and repeatable revenue plays. Key Responsibilities Ecosystem & ISV Integration (Primary Focus) Identify priority ISVs and platform partners required to complete ZGX & AI solution stacks for scaled adoption Drive technical and GTM alignment so HP ZGX and AI solutions are embedded into partner workflows and reference architectures Define solution blueprints that weave HP hardware, software, and partner technologies into deployable offers Partner closely with BDMs and Partner Business Managers to accelerate onboarding, prioritization, and partner activation Establish integration priorities and partner tiers based on customer demand and strategic impact Routes to Market Design & Execution Design scalable routes to market across direct, channel, OEM, marketplace, and partner-led motions Work with BDMs and Partner Business Managers to operationalize partner-led GTM motions and scale joint solutions Collaborate with Solutions Marketing to package ecosystem capabilities into clear offers and value propositions Define commercialization models including solution bundles, validated stacks, and reference offers Identify which solutions scale via sales-led vs partner-led vs product-led motions Cross-Functional Orchestration Act as the connective layer across Partner Business Managers, BDMs, Product Managers, and Solutions Marketing Translate product capabilities into partner-ready solution definitions Provide market feedback to Product Managers to inform roadmap and integration priorities Ensure Solutions Marketing has clear inputs for messaging, solution narratives, and launches Align ecosystem strategy with field priorities and partner strategy Solution Packaging & Customer Value Translate partner capabilities into end-to-end customer solutions aligned to priority workflows and verticals Define validated solution stacks for key use cases (agentic AI, multimodal inference, computer vision, AI development) Ensure HP ZGX is positioned as a core platform within partner solutions rather than a standalone product Support creation of joint value propositions and solution narratives Field & Partner Enablement Drive impactful partner-ready enablement (solution guides, integration narratives, sell-through plays) to deliver business objectives Support sales teams in positioning ecosystem solutions vs point products Create clear guidance on when to lead with HP-only vs partner-led solutions Support executive partner engagement and strategic account opportunities Qualifications Required 610+ years in GTM, ecosystem, partner strategy, solutions marketing, or business development Experience working cross-functionally with product, partnerships, and marketing organizations Experience building or scaling ISV / ecosystem programs Demonstrated ability to create routes to market for new technology solutions Strong understanding of enterprise AI, developer platforms, or infrastructure ecosystems Preferred Experience in AI infrastructure, edge AI, or workstation ecosystems Background working with ISVs and multi-vendor solution integrations Experience packaging ecosystem solutions for channel and partner-led sales Familiarity with marketplaces and partner-led motions The pay range for this role is $130,700 to $205,200 USD annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to United States of America candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
