We are looking for a detail-driven go-getter to join our growing company while contributing to our success.RESPONSIBILITIES:* Organize daily tasks by checking service orders and scheduling, provisioning, porting, and billing* Handle incoming calls from customers and technicians, while also making outbound calls to coordinate installations and site surveys* Collaborate with internal resources and third-party vendors to ensure seamless business installations* Exceed customer expectations by delivering passionate and exceptional service* Multitask effectively to handle various responsibilities and maintain a high level of productivityColorado Residents: typical pay range for this role will be from $19 to $22 per hour depending on experience.REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS* High school diploma or equivalent education* At least 1 year of previous customer service, scheduling, or related field experience, preferably over the phone* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong focus on customer service* Ability to learn new concepts quickly and solve problems logically* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities* Self-directed and able to handle confidential informationREQUIREMENTS:* Remain stationary for extended periods.* Ability to communicate information.* Ability to operate a computer.* Must be fluent in English and SpanishPeople are our passion.
