Senior UX Designer

We are seeking a Senior UX Designer to lead the design and delivery of intuitive, accessible, and high-quality user experiences. This role involves collaborating with business and engineering teams to prioritize UX initiatives, develop scalable design systems, and ensure alignment between user needs, technical constraints, and business goals across the software development lifecycle. Key Responsibilities

Act as a user advocate and contribute to UX strategy discussions, including interaction design, information architecture, and user research. Collaborate with product, business, and engineering teams to prioritize UX activities and deliver high-quality user experiences. Design and deliver UI components and ensure adherence to accessibility standards and design system guidelines. Analyze and synthesize data from multiple sources to inform product design strategies. Create user-centered designs through sketches, wireframes, prototypes, and final production assets. Facilitate stakeholder engagement, gather feedback, and iterate on designs effectively. Provide UI engineering support to development teams, ensuring alignment between design and implementation. Assist in integrating technical, business, and user requirements into cohesive design solutions. Ensure designs meet usability standards while considering technical constraints, timelines, and budgets. Support design and production processes, including UX design and UI component delivery. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to align with industry standards and best practices. Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Graphic Design, Human Factors, Cognitive Psychology, or equivalent experience. 8+ years of relevant UX design or related experience. Proven experience creating reusable, accessible, and modular design systems. 5+ years of experience in user experience research using various research methods. 3+ years of experience with prototyping tools such as Figma or MURAL. Proficiency with usability testing tools or services. Familiarity with Agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, and related practices. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge of accessibility standards such as WCAG and Section 508. UX or design thinking certifications. Experience working with enterprise strategy teams, vendors, or third-party partners.
