You’llbe responsible foracquiringnew enterprise clients anddriving strategic conversations acrossdifferent industries,playinga key role in scalingValtech’spresence across the region. Backed by the OneValtechregionaldelivery model,you’llcollaborate with teams of strategists, creatives,technologistsand data specialists to deliver full-service digital solutions that matter. Role Responsibilities:

RepresentValtechas a go-to-market leader and consultative sales partner inGermany and / or Switzerland Execute a go-to-market strategy focused onacquiringnet new clients across key sectors Manage thefull end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation, qualification, solution design, pitch, and closure Leverage existinglocalnetworks and contacts to forge key new business relationships Drive a high-quality pipeline through outbound efforts, inbound leads, partner referrals, and your own network Lead RFP responses and pitch teams with a strong focus on value-based selling and consultative engagement Collaborate with the regional marketing and demand generation team to support lead generation activities and campaigns Work closely withValtech’sstrategictechnology,martechand data partners. Accurately manage forecasting and pipeline using Salesforce CRM Stay up to date withValtechcase studies, capabilities, and the evolving digital services landscape Activelyparticipatein networking events, industryforumsand partner activations across theregion MustHaveExperience/Qualifications: Proven experience in business development/sales within a digital agencyorconsultingenvironment Experience selling complex multi-year engagements across digital experience,strategy,dataand technology implementation Existing network inGermany or Switzerland is a plus,ideally including enterprise decision-makers and C-level contacts Confidentmanagingconsultative sales conversations and delivering compelling business cases Comfortable owning and delivering on multi-million revenue targets Personal drive to get things done right and fast, with the ability to adapt to change with urgency Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, both internally and externally Ability to influence and engage with senior executives and cross-functional teams Fluent inGermanand English Commitment to reaching all kinds of people We design experiences that work for all kinds of people - and that starts with our own teams.
