to-separate-its-electrical-distribution-systems-business/ This role is within the EDS segment, and you will be joining that segment as it becomes its own entity, with a rich heritage and proven track record as a global leader in low and high voltage power and signal distribution systems. Our solutions are central to enabling the next generation of electrified, automated, and connected vehicles, and we are committed to innovation, sustainability, and engineering excellence. Your Role: Act as the primary point of contact for German OEM customers Manage and strengthen daily communication with customers to ensure long‑term, trust‑based relationships. Develop and execute strategic sales plans aimed at expanding market share and driving sustainable revenue growth. Work closely with the AP sales team on all commercial negotiations and customer communications. Identify underlying customer needs and pain points and coordinate effective solutions by leveraging internal resources across AP and EU teams. Maintain efficient and continuous communication with the AP team to ensure alignment on decisions, priorities, and strategic direction. Monitor market trends and customer behavior to identify new business opportunities and proactively communicate them to relevant stakeholders. Collaborate cross‑functionally with marketing, product development, engineering, and operations to align customer strategies with company objectives. Conduct regular on‑site customer visits to maintain strong relationships and support ongoing business development activities. Requirements Bachelor’s degree or higher. Fluency in English and German. Minimum 5 years of sales experience preferably in the wiring harness industry, with proven exposure to German automotive OEMs Strong sales mindset, self‑motivated, and result‑driven.
