Must Have/Required Skills
- 3+ years’ experience with government IT projects.
- 3+ years of Power Platform development (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse, and Copilot Studio), including building complex canvas and model-driven apps.
- 3+ years’ experience designing responsive and user-friendly interfaces.
- 3+ years’ experience connecting Power Platform apps and flows to SQL Server.
Preferred/Nice to Have Skills
- Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate (PL-400)
- Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Functional Consultant Associate (PL-200) – Preferred
- Experience embedding Power BI dashboards into Power Apps.
- Understand data loss prevention (DLP) policies.
Additional/ Soft Skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to create clear, detailed, and comprehensive documentation for technical and operational procedures.
- Must have experience managing security roles and permissions and handling data securely and efficiently.
