Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Systems, or related field (Master’s preferred)
- 7+ years of IT leadership experience in a manufacturing environment
- Experience optimizing ERP platforms and enterprise systems
- Proven background building and leading high-performing IT teams
