Our tasting room in Chelan is a hub for community, local events, and unforgettable experiences. We’re looking for a creative, personable, and flexible Marketing Specialist to support our tasting room and brand marketing efforts. Role Overview Reporting directly to the Marketing Manager, the Marketing Specialist will support marketing initiatives tied to our Lake Chelan tasting room, as well as occasional brand-wide projects. You’ll play a key role in capturing the energy of our events, creating engaging content, and ensuring our brand voice – playful, authentic, and fully embracing our \"celebrate everything\" spirit – is consistent across channels. Hybrid Role – Local Preferred This is a hybrid position – local candidates are preferred. You’ll be in the tasting room weekly to capture events and daily moments, but daily in-person presence isn’t required. This role requires someone who can work independently, manage projects, and stay organized while representing the brand both on-site and remotely. Key Responsibilities Manage tasting room social media accounts, including event promotion, local partnerships, and daily engagement. Schedule all promotions, events, and content in advance on the marketing and social media calendars to ensure consistent messaging and timely campaigns. Capture photos and videos of events, tastings, and everyday tasting room moments. Create and design marketing collateral: flyers, brochures, menus, digital graphics, and more. Assist with marketing initiatives for the brand and tasting room as needed. Collaborate closely with the Marketing Manager and Tasting Room Manager to ensure alignment and support. Assist the Tasting Room Manager with Cider Club initiatives, including promotions, events, and member communications. Support public relations efforts, including local media outreach, press releases, and event promotion. Who You Are Positive, personable, and a true team player. Proficiency with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools. Photography and videography experience a plus. Strong communication and organizational skills.
