Responsibilities: Perform daily responsibilities for new and existing customer accounts Utilize networking, cold-calling, referrals, and other various avenues for lead generation to identify new potential clients Provide exceptional customer service to clients to ensure a positive experience is achieved Act as an owner of products/services to provide detailed information and solutions, offer price plans, etc. Determine customer needs in order to appropriately recommend products and services Utilize creative techniques to drive sales, negotiate, and close deals Generate reports based on forecasting vs. sales activities Remain up to date on industry trends, services, and products by participating in training programs and attending sales meetings Collaborate with Sales Managers to develop and implement creative sales strategies to drive business Create and present product proposals and pricing quotes Juggle multiple tasks at a time in a fast-paced environment Work well in a team environment as well as independently Other duties as assigned/as necessary Details: Position is full-time, direct hire $50,000 – $55,000 annually depending on experience High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred 2+ years’ experience in customer acquisition/sales Professional demeanor and ability to interact with clients Great interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal) Strong organization skills, analytical, and time management skills Meticulous attention to detail Self-motivated Relocation not available Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States; Visa sponsorship is not available #J-18808-Ljbffr
