Trustpoint Realty has approximately $60M in upcoming listings currently in development across the Florida Keys, plus additional active listings in the Middle Keys. You\'ll have direct access to these properties to host open houses, generate your own buyer leads, and leverage our market presence and listings to build your personal book of business.
About the Role TrustPoint Realty LLC is expanding into the Florida Keys and is looking for a full-time residential sales agent to represent our growing portfolio in the area. This is a ground-floor opportunity to establish yourself in one of the most desirable real estate markets in the country, backed by a brokerage that already has the listings, the brand, and the infrastructure to support your growth.
We prefer someone coachable over someone experienced. If you are driven, trustworthy, and willing to put in the work, we will provide everything else. Our broker visits the Keys every other weekend to check on projects, showings, and listings.
Our favorite employee is the one who demands a raise every year, because they\'ve earned it.
Responsibilities
Host open houses on TrustPoint listings. All walk-in clients are your leads
Assist in selling pre-construction homes across our Keys development pipeline
Use our listings and market presence as leverage to attract additional buyers and sellers
Prospect and generate leads through cold calling, door knocking, direct mail, and social media
Build and manage a client pipeline using company-provided CRM and tools
Represent TrustPoint Realty with professionalism in all client interactions
Coordinate with the Miami Lakes main office and broker on active listings and deals

Compensation We offer a base salary plus commission or a full commission structure, whichever works best for you. Compensation is discussed directly with the broker and tailored to your experience, goals, and situation.
Qualifications
No prior real estate experience required
Driven, coachable, and eager to learn
Strong communicator by phone, in person, and online
Comfortable with cold calling, door knocking, and direct outreach
Trustworthy and professional
Available for open houses and flexible client showings
Preferred Qualifications (Not Required)
Florida real estate license
Familiarity with the Florida Keys market
Prior sales experience in any field
Experience with social media marketing or content creation
CRM or real estate software experience
