Commercial Real Estate Agent

TrustPoint Realty LLC is looking for a driven, coachable individual to join our team as a full-time Real Estate Sales Agent. This is a cold-calling focused role built for someone who is eager to learn the business from the ground up and grow into a high-performing closer.

No prior real estate experience is required, we prefer it that way. We invest in people who are teachable, motivated, and trustworthy. Our team will equip you with everything you need to succeed from day one.

Responsibilities

Conduct outbound cold calls to identify and qualify prospective clients

Build and maintain a pipeline of leads using company-provided tools and resources

Understand client criteria and match them with suitable real estate opportunities

Negotiate deals and drive clients through to closeCollaborate with the marketing team to support outreach efforts

Maintain accurate records and follow-ups within the company CRM

Represent TrustPoint Realty LLC with professionalism and integrity at all times

Qualifications

No prior real estate experience required

Willingness and drive to learn real estate processes and close deals

Strong communication skills, particularly over the phone

Self-motivated with a hunger to perform and grow

Trustworthy, reliable, and professional

Preferred Qualifications (Not Required)

Prior sales or cold-calling experience in any industry

Real estate license (or willingness to obtain one)

Familiarity with CRM platforms or sales tools

Experience with commercial real estate platforms (Crexi, CoStar)
