Role Description We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Real Estate Agent for a full-time hybrid role in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex area. As a Real Estate Agent, you will assist clients with buying, selling, and leasing properties while building strong client relationships. Key responsibilities include marketing properties, conducting property showings, managing negotiations, and guiding clients through the entire real estate process. This hybrid role allows for both in-office collaboration and some work-from-home flexibility. Qualifications Active Real Estate License and strong knowledge of real estate laws and regulations Experience in Real Estate and Real Property transactions Strong Customer Service and client relationship management skills Proven ability in Sales and negotiation Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills Proficiency with real estate tools, CRM software, and digital marketing platforms is a plus Reliable transportation for property showings and client meetings Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and committed to meeting client needs
