Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Las Vegas, NV, for a Real Estate Agent. The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for assisting clients in the buying, selling, and leasing of properties. Responsibilities include conducting property showings, negotiating contracts, managing client relationships, and staying updated on local market trends. The role also involves providing exceptional customer service, identifying client needs, and delivering tailored real estate solutions to achieve client goals.

Qualifications

Active Real Estate License (required)

Proficient knowledge of Real Estate practices and transactions

Experience in Customer Service and Sales, with a client-focused approach

Strong understanding of Real Property laws and regulations

Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills

Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple clients

Familiarity with the Las Vegas, NV real estate market is highly desirable

Proficiency in digital tools and platforms used in real estate transactions is a plus
