The Real Estate Agent will assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing properties while providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include conducting property showings, marketing properties, coordinating transactions, negotiating agreements, and staying informed about market trends and local real estate opportunities.
Qualifications
Experience or strong skills in Real Estate and familiarity with Real Property concepts
Proven ability in Sales and negotiating client transactions
Strong Customer Service skills with a focus on delivering excellent client experiences
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently or collaboratively
Knowledge of the Charlotte real estate market is a plus
Proficiency with real estate technology and tools is an advantage
