Key Responsibilities
Actively source and recruit experienced and new real estate agents.
Conduct interviews, present the benefits of joining our brokerage, and guide candidates through the onboarding process.
Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective agents through networking, cold outreach, social media, and industry events.
Develop and execute recruitment campaigns and outreach strategies to attract top talent.
Collaborate with management to understand talent needs and goals.
Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new agents.
Qualifications
Previous experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or real estate is strongly preferred.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Familiarity with real estate licensing processes and industry trends.
Self‑motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple recruitment pipelines simultaneously.
Ability to work independently while aligning with broader team goals.
