Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Agent based in Ohio, United States. The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for assisting clients in the buying and selling of properties. Daily tasks include conducting market research, preparing property listings, arranging showings, negotiating contracts on behalf of clients, and providing guidance through the transaction process. The Real Estate Agent will also maintain strong communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and foster long‑term relationships.
Qualifications
Proficiency in market evaluation, real estate listing preparation, and property valuation
Strong skills in negotiation, customer service, and interpersonal communication
Ability to conduct research and analyze market trends to support client decisions
Administrative competencies such as documentation, contract management, and attention to detail
Self‑motivation, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks
Valid Ohio real estate agent license
Knowledge of local real estate laws and regulations
Experience with real estate software or CRM tools is a plus
Reliable transportation and willingness to travel as needed
