This position is open to applicants or individuals who are located in or around Florence, NJ and able to work 1st shift scheduled Monday to Friday with flexibility for longer hours based off of business and peak needs. As a Fulfillment Center Associate at Cart.com, you are a vital part of our Fulfillment-as-a-Service operations. You'll work across various warehouse functions to ensure timely, accurate, and high-quality order fulfillment. This role requires adaptability, attention to detail, and a strong sense of teamwork to support our clients and customers. Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with accuracy and efficiency Restock inventory and perform cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy Support inbound, outbound, returns, and wholesale operations as needed Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Meet or exceed productivity and quality performance metrics Communicate clearly with team members and leadership Identify and report safety concerns or process inefficiencies Assist with special projects such as kitting and promotional packaging Positive, team-oriented, and eager to contribute to a collaborative environment Detail-oriented and committed to delivering high-quality work A quick learner who is open to feedback and new challenges Comfortable asking questions and proposing creative solutions Reliable and consistent in meeting expectations and deadlines Safety-conscious and proactive in maintaining a safe workplace No prior experience requiredjust a willingness to learn and work hard Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or logistics environment Familiarity with handheld scanners or warehouse management systems Able to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. occasionally Comfortable working in a warehouse environment with exposure to dust, noise, and machinery Able to maintain focus and attention to detail throughout the shift Willing to work overtime as needed Cart.com is an equal opportunity employer.
