Retail Print Manager

The ODP Corporation - 5601 Bandera Road - Responsibilities: Owns ensuring delivery of memorable customer experiences and client satisfaction in the Print Department.; Drives a sales-focused environment through the training and development of all associates, inclusive of print.; Provide guidance, direction, and ongoing training to all associates to ensure an understanding of print processes and selling techniques.; Operate all equipment within the Print Services area to maintain efficient production and ensure customers orders are completed correctly and on time.; Perform opening and closing responsibilities, including activation and deactivation of the store's alarm system, cash handling, and daily store balancing.
