What You'll Do Lead daily onsite operations for commercial construction projects ($1M-$10M). Manage and motivate subcontractors to keep projects on schedule and within scope. Work closely with the Project Manager to maintain alignment and solve problems quickly. Oversee safety, inspections, quality control, and adherence to plans/specs. Coordinate site logistics, meetings, and daily reporting. Maintain organized documentation and updates through Procore. Represent the company professionally with owners, partners, and field teams. What We're Looking For 10-20 years of commercial construction superintendent experience. Strong background in ground-up and renovation work. Confident leader with high energy, urgency, and a "get it done" mentality. Excellent communication and subcontractor management skills. Proficiency with Procore.
