We are one of the fastest growing Farmers Agencies in the state and we are looking to add one more high performing agent to our team. Our agency is fast paced and high producing, but our team environment is centered on helping each other become the best versions of ourselves. This position offers a competitive base salary, plus uncapped commissions, giving you full control over your income. In addition to new business commissions, you\'ll earn renewal income on your existing clients allowing your income to grow year over year. Your income is directly tied to your performance and production. Most first year agents typically earn $45k to $55k, with top performers exceeding $70k+. Second year agents typically earn $70k to $80k, with top performers exceeding $90k+. This role is ideally designed as a launchpad into a long term career with Farmers Insurance, including opportunities to advance into senior sales roles or agency ownership. We are committed to developing long term team members, not just short term hires. We provide ALL TRAINING AND LICENSING so no experience is necessary to begin your career in insurance. Sales and customer service experience is helpful, but not required. However, we are looking for individuals who are motivated, disciplined, and willing to consistently make outbound calls, build relationships, and push through rejection. Actively prospect and generate new business through outbound calls, referrals, and networking Manage a pipeline and consistently meet or exceed sales goals Develop long-term client relationships that drive retention and referrals Generate insurance quotes for new and existing clients Review coverage and make informed recommendations to best suit your clients\' needs Have an outgoing personality and positive attitude Requirements
