*Hybrid work schedule What You’ll Do Receive and process customer orders. Review order details for accuracy and enter them into our JDE ERP system. Update orders as needed and communicate changes. Answer questions on pricing, availability, and order status. Help resolve order issues, delays, and discrepancies. Support internal teams with order-related needs and help improve processes. What You Bring Great communication and collaboration skills Strong attention to detail Ability to multitask and stay organized A positive, solution-oriented attitude Education and Experience: Requires a high school diploma.
