
SAR KYC Analyst (Las Vegas)

Overview
William Hill, the leading race and sports book operator in the US, is expanding its AML Compliance team as the organization grows into new jurisdictions related to legalized sports betting. Reporting to the AML Managers, you will be responsible for the research, analysis, investigation, and reporting of suspicious activity across multiple jurisdictions to adhere to all regulations set forth by the department, company, and regulatory agency. You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all AML applicable rules and regulations. Responsibilities
Conduct research, analyze transactions, and investigate for suspicious activity across all business units, and investigate accounts for potential risks. Maintain current knowledge of the Bank Secrecy Act and all related anti-money laundering and OFAC regulations. Conduct due-diligence investigations as required by the AML Compliance Program. Research and validation of entity data using appropriate internal and external data sources. Ensure timely identification, efficient reporting of suspicious activity, and timely Know Your Customer (KYC) reviews. Ability to proactively identify and assess potential concerns and risks. Analyze CTRs and other financial transactions to monitor/detect suspicious activity. Responsible for the preparation and communication of SAR reports as it relates to transaction details, analysis, findings, and supporting documentation. Ensure accuracy of SARs by utilizing a risk-based approach for each transaction. Help to develop departmental training for other team members to follow in case of suspicious activity. Notify cross-functional departments of any suspicious activity in order to protect the integrity of the business and prevent further egregious acts in violation of Title 31. Conduct regular audits on customer data to detect suspicious activity. Stay up to date on state and federal AML, SAR and KYC regulations in order to remain in compliance with company and regulatory guidelines. Other duties, as assigned, including helping with CTR audit reviews. Qualifications
3-5 years of AML experience in a regulated industry - casino/gaming preferred Advanced skills with MS Office (Excel, Word) Strong attention to detail, and excellent communication skills Knowledgeable of regulations under Title 31, FinCEN, etc. Ability to work alone and in a team environment Must successfully pass a drug screen, background check, and obtain a gaming license in jurisdictions as deemed necessary by company and regulatory rules Additional Requirements
Must be able to sit, type, and talk on the phone for extended periods Regular attendance in the office
