The Commercial Lines Account Manager is responsible for managing and servicing commercial insurance accounts while delivering exceptional client support and maintaining strong carrier relationships. This role ensures that clients’ business insurance needs are met through proactive policy management, risk assessment, and consultative service. The Account Manager partners closely with producers, underwriters, and agency leadership to provide tailored insurance solutions that protect clients’ assets and drive long-term satisfaction and retention. Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management:

Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned commercial clients, maintaining strong relationships through proactive communication, responsiveness, and professional service. Policy Administration:

Manage all aspects of the policy lifecycle including new business, renewals, endorsements, audits, and cancellations to ensure timely and accurate processing. Coverage Analysis & Risk Assessment:

Review client exposures and policy coverage to identify gaps, recommend appropriate insurance solutions, and ensure optimal protection for the client’s business. Quoting & Marketing: Collaborate with producers and carriers to obtain quotes, negotiate terms, and secure competitive pricing and coverage options for clients. Renewal Management: Prepare renewal strategies, conduct account reviews, and ensure all necessary documents and applications are submitted within established timelines. Claims Coordination: Support clients throughout the claims process by coordinating with carriers, monitoring claim progress, and advocating for timely and fair resolution. Documentation & Compliance: Maintain accurate client files, correspondence, and policy documentation in accordance with agency procedures and regulatory requirements. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with producers, leadership, and support staff to achieve client satisfaction, retention goals, and agency growth objectives. Qualifications

1+ years of experience in commercial or corporate lines insurance account management Active Property & Casualty Insurance License preferred Profiency in Cantonese and/or Mandarin preferred Strong knowledge of commercial insurance coverages, including General Liability, Property, Auto, Workers’ Compensation, and Professional Liability Excellent client service, communication, and organizational skills Proficiency in agency management systems and Microsoft Office Suite Ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and professionalism Commitment to maintaining compliance and ethical business practices
